Required for all patients who would be getting any new prescription, typically every 4 to 6 months depending upon the prescription of choice. 

*Only ONE Medical Consult charge per visit, not per program/service!

Can't make it into our office on one of the days we see patients? Don't worry, for a small upcharge, we can provide a remote consult when our MD has spare time in her schedule.

*You will need the ability to record and provide your height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse in addition to filling out intake forms that will be mailed to you. You also need to physically be in the state of Missouri during that consult.

Semaglutide is an FDA Approved medication for weight loss as of 2021. Under the brand names Wegovy and Ozempic, medication can cost over $1600 per month and in excess of $1400 per month with vouchers or insurance. Through our pharmacy, you can now use our pharmacy's compounded medication for a fraction of the price!

This is a very common appetite suppressant, commonly sold as Adipex or Lomaira, has been in use since 1959. Phentermine is a stimulant appetite suppressant that causes a reduction in hunger. While Phentermine does help with short term weight loss, to maximize it's effectiveness, it should be used in conjunction with a diet plan.

Topiramate may also be added to this medication at the Medical Doctor's discretion.
